Purebred Nubian ADGA N002271401 Born 1/10/2022
Sire: Black Mesa Abraham
SS: Black Mesa Leonardo Dicapra
SD: SG Black Mesa Tally's Reese
Dam: Black Mesa Reese's Peace
DS: Black Mesa Roscoe Arbuckle
DD: SG Black Mesa Tally's Reese
It was a very sad day when we lost our senior herdsire, Black Mesa Abraham. He left a lasting legacy through his many daughters and we knew that we wanted to keep a son to extend his impact even further. We were so grateful that God gave us a son that was everything we could hope for in a replacement!
Tribute is heavily linebred on one of our all-time favorite does -- SG Black Mesa Tally's Reese. His dam, Peace, is a herd favorite as well as being productive and beautiful.
So far, we have been very impressed with every single kid Tribute has given us. They have been consistently stylish and DAIRY! When his first daughters freshened for us in 2025, we continued to be impressed. Every single one of them had a beautiful udder with excellent production -- including an overachiever yearling who peaked at nearly 10lbs!
Take a look at the udders on his first freshening daughters below. All we can say, is we are planning to use Tribute a lot more in the next few years!
