Goldthwaite Savannah
ADGA Purebred Nubian 1942870
Savannah is the daughter of our phenomenal foundation doe, Bracelet.  Just like her dam, Savannah is a beautiful doe who has excellent milk production and long, level lactation curves.  We are thrilled to have several of Savannah's lovely daughters and granddaughters in our herd.  Even though Savannah has moved on as a great foundation for another herd, she will continue to impact our herd through her progeny.

Sire: Goldthwaite Fegor
        SS: +*M Goldthwaite Pursuit
        SD: Goldthwaite Shine On Rebekah

Dam: Indian Bluff Aubrey's Bracelet
        DS: Goldthwaite Devon
        DD: Pure River Ranch Aubrey

Diamond's dam was one of our heaviest milkers and we are excited to see Diamond, like her littermate Jewel, follow in Bracelet's hoofprints.  After kidding with triplets in January of 2021, Diamond got right to work milking like a champ.  She also kept condition whilst feeding triplets with milk to spare.  We love it when they make it that easy!  Diamond's udder is well attached, silky soft, and remarkably easy to milk out.
*Update 10/2022:  We have sent Diamond to Wyoming to be a foundation doe for a new herd.  Although we do miss her, she will continue to impact our herd through her daughters -- her 2021 doe White Fields Emerald, and her twin doelings from 2022, Halle and Lujah.*

*Update 1/2020: It was heartbreaking to go to the barn one morning to find we had lost our lovely Bracelet during the night - we are not completely sure why.  We are more thankful than ever for her four lovely daughters in our herd.  They have quite the shoes to fill!*
Bracelet comes to us from Becky Goldthwaite as a doe to help improve our herd.  We couldn't be happier! Bracelet is a lovely doe!  She appraised as Excellent at her first Linear Appraisal -- at over 305 days in milk!  In addition to that, she milked over 3000lbs in 2018 on barn records.  Beautiful and productive.  We are beyond thrilled at the opportunity to use this beautiful girl to help build a better herd!

*Update 4/2021:  Liberty blessed us with a perfect set of twins only two months before her 11th birthday.   She loved those kids and I know it was her drive to care for them that kept her through a horrific cold snap in February.  She never really picked up her normal zip after that storm, though.  We lost her in April.  We are thankful for this sweet lady and are so glad she gave us one more daughter to keep in our herd.  That doe kid is named Legacy of Liberty and that is exactly what she is...*
Liberty Rose comes to us from the Black Mesa Ranch herd in Snowflake, Arizona.  What a gift from God!   She is a sweet, gentle girl who is a favourite here for sure.  In the words of our 5 year old, “This goat is a sweetheart.  Just a sweetheart!”.   Even our 2 year old loves to lead her around the field and our 5 year old begs to milk her.  Liberty has stunning breed character and her udder is very well attached with teats that are plumb and easy to milk.  Thank you, Kathryn, for letting this lovely lady come to Colorado.

The Pearl Primrose Pansy

ADGA 75% Recorded Grade N001827119
Linear Appraisal Score:

Pansy is a sweetheart. She came from the farm of some dear friends and she has lots of milk in her pedigree.  Pansy has a very long, level topline and is just lovely to look at.
Pansy's daughters Peanut and Penny are very well loved members of our current herd.

Goldthwaite Fegor
LA 84 +++
G6S Normal

Purebred Nubian ADGA N001897172

*Update 12/2021:  Fegor has done an excellent job in our herd -- in fact, he has done so well he worked himself out of a job!  We have quite a few daughters and granddaughters now and decided that Fegor should move on to a herd where he can be appreciated and used well.  Many thanks to Nikki and company for giving a wonderful home to this sweet boy!*
Fegor comes to us from the world renowned Goldthwaite herd. We love Goldthwaite  as a very consistent line that milks well, show competitively and have that classic dual purpose Nubian style that we love so much. Fegor has done a fine job in our herd adding length and strength of bone while keeping our milk volume high and beautiful udders well attached. His kids tend to be a little slow to mature (I'll be honest -- some are downright ugly as yearlings), but it is worth the wait when they start to catch up with themselves during their second year.  We are excited to freshen quite a few more Fegor daughters this spring!

Boeshane
 LA 88 VVE

G6S Normal by Parentage

Purebred Nubian ADGA N001645524

*Update 1/2020: It was a profoundly sad day for us when our sweet and gentle Boeshane crossed the rainbow bridge.  He is sorely missed, but we are thankful he will still contribute to our herd via AI.*
When we realized in the fall of 2016 that the buck we were trying to use was not settling any does, we had a pretty short timeframe to find a replacement.  It just so happened that Black Mesa Ranch had a mature buck for sale and so ensued a 1400 mile road trip with our little family in our trusty van to pick up an adult buck in full rut.  What an adventure!
We could have looked the world over and still have been hard pressed to find a nicer boy.  Boe's temperament is absolutely gold – he is gentle and mellow, even in rut.  In addition, he is part of the ADGA Sire Development Program, meaning he is the offspring of two very impressive animals and has genetic potential to be an outstanding sire.
Thank you, Kathryn and Black Mesa Ranch for trusting us with this wonderful boy!

The His Creation Corban

ADGA Purebred Nubian N001875826

One day in the week before we were to move from Colorado to Texas, I got a call from a friend saying that someone she knew needed a home for a buck – were we interested?  Even as a three day old buckling he was stunning!  Corban is beautiful to look at and has a lovely, gentle temperament as well. His first kids hit the ground in February, 2017.  They look absolutely beautiful and we look forward to seeing how they mature!
