American Nubian Doeling

After a life hit today (adulting is hard and transmissions are expensive) we are reluctantly pulling this girl out of our keeper pen. She is going to make someone very happy!
Cherry is out of a very promising first freshener and has nothing but incredible mammaries, production, and conformation behind her. She is going to be one to watch!
Her dam, Muffin, is currently milking 5lbs/day out of a lovely mammary as a coming two year old. We're not too worried about her production this year -- her lines take a second freshening to really shine. Muffin's dam peaked at 11lbs/day with a single kid as a second freshener.
Cherry's sire's dam was a very productive doe as well, peaking at 12lbs/day with a single kid the last lactation in our herd.
In addition to all of that, Cherry is linebred on some of the best of the best Goldthwaite genetics in Goldthwaite Sophia.
Cherry is long, level, and has a fantastic rear leg set. We expect her to excel in the milking room and the show ring!

Tank is 10 months old and looking for work!
He is a neutered male, 3/4 Anatolian Shepherd, 1/4 Great Pyrenees. He has lived with goats and his working parents since birth and is doing extremely well with his training.
We held him back from a litter we had last summer to help train for a friend. Her situation changed and she is no longer able to have an LGD. We would love to keep this sweet boy for ourselves, but we really do not need a fourth barn dog!
For a puppy, this guy is incredible. He isn't quite there with poultry or little bouncy babies because he still has too much play drive, but he is very responsive to training and once he is through his teenage stage, we are confident he will be as amazing and reliable as his parents!
He has a temperament of gold and with a little more time, training, and maturity will be an incredible guardian.

I honestly can't believe we have this girl listed on the sales page!
But, we have to get our numbers down and decided we are only keeping two dry yearlings this year. Since we have both of this girl's amazing parents, we are hoping for a repeat breeding next year.
This girl is long, beautifully level on the move, and is going to have amazing depth and strength. Not to mention she has breed character for days!
She is bred for both milk and style with some of the best of the best Goldthwaite genetics on both sides of her pedigree.
Her dam was a little immature as a first freshener, but still scored 83 GVVG at appraisal last year. The appraiser said he expects to see her improve in her score considerably as she matures.
These are lines we are not planning to offer in the future, so here is your chance to add some amazing old-school genetics!

She has a gorgeous rear udder and a very nice teat set for hand milking. In addition to this, she is a fantastic mother and we were able to graft a set of twins onto her after her daughter was sold.
She is a little on the small side, but that is not slowing her down. We have a feeling she is going to be an incredible milker with another freshening under her belt.

Thank you for choosing White Fields Farm for your next herd addition!
Prices listed on our “Just Kidding!” page are for pre-ordered kids. There is no guarantee of price on kids that are not pre-ordered.
You may request a kid from a planned breeding by contacting us by phone or email. We will contact you upon the birth of the kid. Once we have contacted you, we require a deposit of $100 to hold the kid until weaning, with the balance due upon pickup of the kid.
In the case of a weaned kid or adult animal offered for sale, we request a minimum of half the purchase price down as a deposit with the remainder due within two weeks of receipt of deposit or upon pick up of the animal.
No animal will leave our farm until paid in full.

We accept cash, Paypal, or Venmo.
Any goat not picked up by the date agreed upon by White Fields Farm is subject to an additional boarding fee of $7 per day.
All of our kids are sold disbudded unless otherwise agreed upon and paid in full by 10 days after birth. Any wethers sold will be castrated just prior to leaving our farm.
Doe kids will be dam raised for 10-12 weeks unless other arrangements have been made. Buck kids will be dam raised for 8-10 weeks depending on their behavior.
Although we are diligent to maintain the health of all animals on our farm, we will not be responsible for the sickness, injury or death of any reserved kid after 12 weeks old or of any animal once it has left our farm.
We prefer animals to be picked up at our farm, though we are willing to discuss other options with you.
We will honor reservations for kids to the best of our ability, but we do reserve the right to retain any animal born on our farm for our herd's needs.
Refund Policy:
Deposits shall be refunded if your choice of kid is not born, is retained for our herd or if it does not meet our standard of quality. Deposits will not be refunded on an order that is canceled by the buyer after it is made.
We only consider refunds on a case by case basis. We DO NOT offer refunds on animals that have been out of our care for longer than one week. This is not due to lack of confidence in the health of our animals, but is because there are too many variables outside of our control once they have left our farm.
Health Testing:
We regularly test for CAE.
We are delighted to perform any other health testing at the buyer's request and at the buyer's expense. Health Certificates may be obtained at the buyer's request and at the buyer's expense.
Registration Papers:
Goats kids will come with their application for registration with the American Dairy Goat Association. Adult goats will come with their ADGA registration papers. We have Purebred, American, and Grade Nubians. The goats listed for sale may be assumed Purebred unless otherwise noted.
